Electrostatic Precipitator Insulators

To effectively ionize the gas passing through an electrostatic precipitator, a high voltage corona must be generated around each discharge electrode within a precipitator field. The ability to generate and maintain this corona discharge is directly dependant upon the isolation of the high voltage system from grounded precipitator parts. Hamon Research-Cottrell maintains inventory and supplies a wide variety of insulators, engineered and designed for each specific Electrostatic Precipitator (ESP) process applications, functions, voltages and temperatures.

The insulators available from Hamon Research-Cottrell for your ESP are as follows:

Precipitator standard cylindrical support insulator
High Voltage
Support Insulators
Precipitator Discharge electrode rapper shaft double tapered insulator
Discharge Electrode
Rapper Shaft Insulators
Precipitator anti sway insulators
Lower Alignment
(Anti-Sway) Insulators
Precipitator wall bushing insulator
